Organizations perform best when leaders understand not only where they want to go, but also what their teams are experiencing on the path to get there.

We partner with organizations to uncover disconnects, align priorities, and build practical strategies that translate vision into measurable business outcomes.

Why “3hree Sides”?

The name 3hree Sides comes from a phrase my grandfather often said:

“Remember, Jason, there are always three sides to every story—my side, your side, and the truth.”

Over the course of my career, I realized that this same dynamic exists inside nearly every organization.

Leadership teams create strategy with the best intentions. Managers and employees work hard to execute. Yet somewhere in between, gaps form—between vision and reality, priorities and execution, expectations and outcomes.

Those gaps are where many business challenges live.

3hree Sides Consulting was built to help organizations find that truth by listening across all levels of the business and aligning the people, processes, and technologies required to move forward effectively.

A cross-functional approach built through experience

My career has never followed a single lane—and that has become one of my greatest strengths.

Over the last two decades, I’ve worked across executive communications, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, program management, employee experience, leadership advisory, and strategic operations in industries including technology, healthcare, e-commerce, and education.

That range of experience allows me to approach organizations differently.

Rather than relying on rigid consulting playbooks, I work to understand the unique dynamics of each business, identify the disconnects that are limiting execution, and build solutions grounded in operational reality—not assumptions. I’m often brought in to help organizations:

  • Navigate growth or organizational change

  • Improve cross-functional collaboration

  • Clarify operating structures and priorities

  • Build people strategies that support business outcomes

At the center of all of it is the same goal:

How I work

I believe effective consulting starts with listening.

Not arriving with predetermined answers.

Not forcing organizations into templated frameworks.

And not mistaking polished presentations for meaningful progress.

My approach is grounded in partnership, curiosity, and honest assessment. I work closely with leaders while also building trust with managers and frontline teams because sustainable solutions only happen when organizations understand both strategic intent and operational reality.

Some clients describe me as a “chameleon” because I can move comfortably between executive conversations and frontline discussions while helping both sides connect around shared goals.

I see that as one of the most important parts of the work.

Beyond the work

Outside of consulting, I’m a husband, father, coach, and lifelong learner who values relationships, perspective, and continuous growth.

My family roots are grounded in Texas but span New York, Portugal, and Venezuela, and those experiences have shaped how I connect with people and navigate diverse environments and perspectives. Whether in business or in life, I value authenticity, adaptability, and the pursuit of common ground.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, coaching youth basketball, working in the garden, exploring new ideas around AI and technology, or hosting friends and family around good food and conversation.

At the core of both my professional and personal life is the same belief:

People perform best when they feel aligned, supported, and connected to something meaningful.
